Physical traits
Cecil is a heavy set man with white hair and black eyes, like his mother Rosie. He often wears reds, pinks, and purples, usually in a dusty shade, and has small, gold glasses on his hooked nose, which he inherited from his other mother, Mimzy. The red gem that is almost always fixed to his tie, also comes from her.
He is relatively short, landing somewhere in height between his mothers.
He has the ability to summon dark, skeletal wings that offer no real purpose other than making him look eerie. They tend to stay tucked away but sometimes he keeps them out so his Ariadne can climb on them and make webs.
Personality
Cecil is smart, well-spoken and incredibly well-read, albeit a bit sheltered as he never ventured far beyond Cannibal Town. He likes sweet things and is a bit of an old soul.
He is a true romantic at heart and very gentle (unless you come after those he loves)
Work & hobbies
Cecil owns an antique shop in Cannibal Town that he loves very much.
He loves to read and appreciates time alone. He can spend hours in the greenhouse behind his shop or lost in a book.
The antique store always has pleasant, soft music playing from a gramophone and is located in a quiet part of Cannibal Town.
He lives above the store.
His shop has a variety of objects, though he puts an emphasis on quality pieces.
The cursed objects, which he loves to collect and sell, he keeps separate, to prevent someone from unknowingly buying something dangerous.
He won’t sell if he suspects someone wants to use it for nefarious purposes.
Cecil hopes to become a published author one day and is working on a gothic horror novel.
FAMILY
Cecil is close to both his mothers, Rosie and Mimzy, and often goes out with them to eat or drink something. He loves them dearly and would do anything for them.

General
Cecil is a romantic and likes to go on long walks with someone to get to know them.
He’s not particularly interested in sex unless he is head over heels, though he could also easily go without
He hopes for a deep, gentle romance but that is rare in Hell so he’s chronically single. He doesn’t mind that though and instead prefers to spend his time attending his shop, spoiling his spider, and going on outings with his mothers or his friends. He tends to prefer the company of women.
Ariadne
Cecil has an army of “spy-ders”, led by Ariadne, weaving a web of information that he can tap into.
He is a calm, gentle soul who doesn’t gossip much but if you manage to piss him off he’ll use said information to dig you a hole you’ll never crawl back out of
His main spider, Ariadne, has her own enclosure that is shaped like a small greenhouse-like cabinet in his living room. She is spoiled rotten and loves Cecil very much. The other spiders mostly come and go as they please but there’s always a good number of them in and around his house.
Frostbyte
Cecil is incredibly close to Frostbyte. The sinner who works for Carmilla.
Frosty often visits him at his shop and has a guest room in Cecil’s house so he can stay if he wants to. Cecil loves listening to stories of his adventures and has a bit of a tendency to romanticise Frosty’s travels and the adventurous life he led.
They enjoy spending quiet time together and are, in fact, closer than most friends would be. A way to describe them would be ‘queer platonic’, although Cecil does have a massive crush on him that he doesn’t dare to voice.
For one because he’s worried it will change their relationship (not knowing Frosty loves him just as much in return) but also because he finds a certain romance in the longing.
Despite this though, they spend a lot of time together and Cecil is still trying to persuade his friend to allow him to put his life into a book.
Vertigo
Cecil is very close friends with Vertigo. He loves visiting the club owner at his bar and talk to him about anything at all.
He is always impressed with the mixology and gets really excited when Vertigo offers to make him something new.
Ariadne is deeply and utterly in love with Vertigo and will try to seduce him any time she gets by weaving him little heart-shaped webs.
They also talk about their romance woes and their pining for the people they can’t have.
